5. The protected area of the HealthFlash card
is broken down by a number of questionnaires
relating to various areas of medical care.

You will also notice in the protected area of
the card, you have access to pages that will
organize and store medical files. For example, on
the Radiology page you can upload copies of X-Rays,
MRIs, CTScans, and may other types of tests – all
organized by category and date.
7. When you are finished filling out the
questionnaires and uploading files, you may use the
“Summary” tab to create a concise summary of your
health history. This summary may easily be printed
out for your convenience.
8. The HealthFlash card is here to help you
understand your health history better, to give you
better access to important records, and to save you
money (no more unnecessary tests and procedures). It
can also save your life in the case of a medical
emergency.
It’s important
to continue updating your card each time you visit a
doctor or have a test performed or start a new
medication. This way, your health
history is always up to date and always at your
fingertips.
